Paul Croft - Bio
Entrepreneur, thought leader, and proud dad Paul Thomas Croft always knew what he wanted: to earn a seven-figure income by the time he was 40 by enhancing each client's personal and financial goals. He accomplished just this by age 37. Paul has also achieved many successes and milestones by focusing on the client’s individual goals and revenue generation. His journey reflects his unwavering commitment to both his professional ambitions and his role as a dedicated father.
At the age of 27, Paul followed his dream by founding Croft Enterprises, LLC, in 2008, during one of the worst economic times in the United States. He realized that to succeed, he had to focus on creating value, and by 2017, the business was thriving in major cities across the country.
In addition to Croft Enterprises, Paul owns and runs several successful startups and ventures, using his passion and vision to benefit his clients and himself.

He has sold approximately $2 billion in life insurance over 22 years. His investment in two restaurants and two nightclubs in Chicago has been a success.
Early in his career, before he entered the world of entrepreneurship, Paul was a top-10 intern at Northwestern Mutual and won various awards.
His Early Life
Raised in Two Harbors, Minnesota, Paul was a standout student and leader in high school. During his sophomore year, Paul was elected to attend the prestigious Boys State, a camp for young men with bright futures.
As a Northern Minnesota youth, Paul also exhibited a passion for hockey, thriving in a sport and region where the competition was particularly fierce. Paul’s most striking accomplishments on the ice include making the varsity hockey team at age 14 and being considered a top 30 player at age 15 across the tri-state area of Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
Despite breaking his L2 and L3 vertebrae at 16, Paul’s resilience saw him learn to skate again, and he was recruited to attend the Air Force Academy and play hockey at 17.
Following success as both a student and youth hockey player, Paul would go on to attend the University of Minnesota Duluth, where he studied Industrial Engineering and Business. He also attended the University of North Dakota, where he majored in General Studies, Accounting, and Business. As a UND student, Paul was featured in a 2002 edition of USA Today, celebrated as the #6 financial intern in the country, where only 44 out of 1,500 interns were given this honor.
Philanthropic Work
Paul looks to partner with organizations to serve and lead the community. In 2018, he collaborated with CHOICE, a non-profit organization that helps people with intellectual disabilities find work. Paul employed four people and provided them the opportunity to make income.

Paul is a proud father and loves his family. When Paul is not busy with the multiple companies and ventures he runs, he dedicates his time to being an excellent dad to his three-and-a-half-year-old son. He cherishes every moment spent with his son, whether it's playing, teaching, exploring the world, or watching TV with their beloved pit bull.
He also loves to play golf, having started as a young boy following in his dad’s footsteps. Paul also likes his cars, having collected some gems from age 16. His collection of vehicles over the years is very impressive: He’s had three Ferraris, two Maseratis, one Porsche, one Mercedes, one Lexus, one Range Rover, and one Bentley.
Paul loves music, which is a source of inspiration and a way of relaxing and refocusing him, which is critical as an entrepreneur involved in various businesses. He loves spending time on the water and boating, which gives him a sense of freedom and is another way of relaxing and recharging for his jam-packed days.
A Man of Faith
Introduced to religion by his mother, Paul’s Christian faith is important and a source that helps him maintain the right mindset.
